Alumni News – Chip

Feline Rescue thinks the best way for you to get a feel for the work of the organization and it’s many dedicated volunteers is by letting our adopters (and their cats!) tell their own success stories.

Today we hear from Lisa, who adopted Chip (now Nelson Axel) four our foster system eight years ago!

Another year has gone by and my Feline Rescue guy is doing great! With the help of [foster volunteer Denise Luke] and several of [her] associates at Feline Rescue, Nelson is thriving and happy.

He has grown into quite the snuggle bug and loves to spend his evening cuddled up next to me on the couch where he purrs like a small engine.

He also likes to take naps with me whenever I can grab one.

…  Thank you for all you do and thanks for all Feline Rescue continues to do for our community and our feline friends.

Nelson looks happy. He looks like a calico. And male? What a rare cat. How lucky you are.
