Feline Rescue thinks the best way for you to get a feel for the work of the organization and its many dedicated volunteers is by letting our adopters (and their cats!) tell their own success stories.

Today we hear from Karen who adopted  Captain Cheddar (formerly One-Eye Willy) from our adoption center.

He is loving his new home! His favorite activities are zooming after feather toys and string, playdates with the neighbor cat named Chella, snoozing on the windowsill, kisses, and helping to write essays by laying down on bellies while his humans type.

While his days of piracy are over, he is enjoying a very early retirement and is looking forward to his approximate third birthday. In the meantime, he continues his endeavors to explore every nook and cranny of everything he can!

There is always a new object to sniff or swat or sit on, even after two months in his forever home. He can be followed on his Facebook page, Cheddar Novitch.

Thanks again to Feline Rescue, Karen
