Feline Rescue thinks the best way for you to get a feel for the work of the organization and it’s many dedicated volunteers is by letting our adopters (and their cats!) tell their own success stories.
Today we hear from Linda, who adopted Belle a month ago! (Editor’s note: Belle came to Feline Rescue from the Lake Traverse Reservation. Rescuers there tried to get her to us while she was pregnant but she snuck off and gave birth the day they were going to transport. We still managed to rescue her and her six kittens a few days later!)
I want to thank everyone involved in rescuing Belle … She is a wonderful cat! … I will highly recommend Feline Rescue to anyone who might be interested in adopting a feline!
As for Belle, we believe she is very happy too! … Her favorite toy is a mouse on a fishing pole. We play that a lot. She loves to watch birds, squirrels and lots of bunnies in my back yard too! She is eating well and seems very content. She “meeps” to get my attention which is so cute! It only took her about a day to warm up to us, which was great. She is beautiful and we will take very good care of her.
Thank you, everyone, again. We love her very much.
