Feline Rescue thinks the best way for you to get a feel for the work of the organization and it’s many dedicated volunteers is by letting our adopters (and their cats!) tell their own success stories.
Today we hear from Christy and John, who adopted Rossi (now Teddy) in October!
We adopted Rossi (now Teddy) … from your shelter and brought him home to our family, including our nine-year-old Grey tabby cat, Dominic. It was a bit strained at first with Dominic, but he has since decided to tolerate Teddy and I think he will eventually grow to enjoy having the company.
Teddy is a great cat! His personality really came to life [after a] couple weeks when he started to feel comfortable here. He LOVES to play and enjoys all his new cat toys. He is a very loving and affectionate cat and loves to be around any of the six of us here at home. He is doing well and really seems to be very happy here with us! We decided to name him Teddy because he is so soft and fluffy and so cuddly … it reminded us of a teddy bear!
Thank you for all you do for homeless cats! We will be sure to refer anyone we know who is looking to give a nice home to a cat or kitten.
