Feline Rescue thinks the best way for you to get a feel for the work of the organization and its many dedicated volunteers is by letting our adopters (and their cats!) tell their own success stories.

Today we hear from Cecelia who adopted Alfie (now Loki) last October.

We adopted Loki (previously Alfie) from Feline Rescue October 2014 four days before my birthday. We had two cats already, but Scout needed a play buddy as Lu is an aging queen of the castle and prefers solitude (although she groomed Loki once).

Loki is the most social cat I’ve ever met. He and his big brother are best buds wrestling and grooming one another.

As Loki has grown, he has shown some purrrsonality. He always greets us with a stretch, loves to play, sit in boxes, and has a distinct Mohawk along his back.  His part Siamese features have become darker as he’s grown into the beautiful trickster he is.

We couldn’t imagine life without him, and can’t wait to adopt from you guys in the future!

Thank you again!  Cecilia
