Feline Rescue thinks the best way for you to get a feel for the work of the organization and it’s many dedicated volunteers is by letting our adopters (and their cats!) tell their own success stories.

Today we hear from Feline Rescue Volunteer Peg, who fell in love with and adopted Dubai last October!

Dubai

Dubai is doing great and I love him more every day.  Even though we had connected while I was volunteering at FR, I knew we were a perfect match when I picked him up.  I put my open carrier in the office (he was the “office manager”) and went out to find Dawn, the adoption coordinator.  When we went back in the office he was in the carrier, door still open, just waiting for me to close the door and take him home.

… He moved in and made this his home in a matter of an hour or two.  He loves to be brushed, play with glitter poms, drink water from the bathroom sink, chase the laser pointer, look out the window, get lots of snuggles, and nap.  His purr can be heard across the room and over the phone.   Love this guy.  FR is the best!
