Feline Rescue thinks the best way for you to get a feel for the work of the organization and it’s many dedicated volunteers is by letting our adopters (and their cats!) tell their own success stories.

Today we hear from Jonathan and Alice, who adopted Aslan (now Jens) in August 2015.

Just wanted to give an update on Jens (formerly Aslan), adopted exactly a year ago today. We picked out this little guy based on his description as having a sweet nature who enjoys company and affection. The description was accurate! He’s now called Jens (after the singer Jens Lekman) and has been a perfect fit as the first pet we’ve had together.

He’s friendly, laid back and, just by being himself, keeps us entertained in the way a great cat should. We’re so happy with how he’s worked out and he seems to be pretty happy and settled with us.
